· Discounts for hotel guests and membership members are provided after identity verification.
· Hotel guest and membership discounts apply only to the member and their accompanying children(Youths and children).
· Toddlers(born 2022 or later) can enter for free.
· For advance reservations, admission is allowed after exchanging the ticket for a physical ticket on-site. However, cancellations and refunds are not possible after issuance.

- Re-entry is not allowed once you exit the exhibition.
- Photography and video recording are permitted, but media art videos must be recorded for less than 5 minutes.
- Prohibited items: Large umbrellas, tripods, professional photography equipment, suitcases, and food & beverages, as they may disrupt the experience of other visitors.
- Strollers and wheelchairs are allowed inside the exhibition hall. However, electric ride-on vehicles and stroller-combined detrollers are not permitted.
- Docent (guided tour) services are not provided for this exhibition.
- This exhibition's operating hours and policies are subject to change due to internal circumstances.
