Aramaru Observatory & Ara Falls ― Hongjangpyo Donghae Makguksu ― Ara Waterway Suhyang 8 Gyeong Course ― Paradise City
Aramaru is a skywalk observatory with a transparent tempered glass floor, enabling visitors to see Ara Waterway at a glance. Ara Falls is the largest artificial waterfall in Korea, using the landscape of Gyeyangsan gorge to create a beautiful vertical scene. Walk along the waterside promenade and follow the stairs to arrive at the waterfall and be fascinated by the grandeur of the six waterfalls. At night time, enjoy a unique view of the waterfalls as they light up.
Enjoy makguksu in a traditional Korean house hanok, along with healthy memiljeon (buckwheat pancake) also well-liked by children.
"Suhyang" means a uniquely beautiful area near a waterway. There are 8 shying areas near Ara Waterway: Yellow Sea, Incheon Terminal, Sicheon Garamteo, Ara Waterfall, Suhyangwon, Duri Ecological Park, Gimpo Terminal, and Hangang Riverside. Together, these areas are named Suhyang 8 Gyeong, formed along Gyeongin Ara Waterway where visitors are offered various facilities such as bicycle roads, 19 waterfront areas as well as interesting attractions including Ara Waterfalls, Dumulmeori Ecological Park and Suhyangwon.
