  • Entry is allowed for those born in 2018 or after. Children aged from 6 to 11 (elementary school students) may enter in the company of a legal guardian. (Proof of age must be presented, e.g., ID.)
  • For safety reasons, guests under 140cm in height must wear a life jacket and be accompanied and supervised by a guardian.
  • Using tubes and other swimming equipment, bringing food, smoking, or applying oil are prohibited to ensure complete safety and comfort.
  • Outdoor facilities open at 11:00 a.m., and specific operating hours may vary by zone.
  • Last entry is at 7:30 pm and, depending on circumstances, is subject to change(e.g. government policies).
  • Access to certain facilities may be restricted due to weather conditions, events, or constructions.
  • For the safety of customers and to maintain a pleasant environment, access to swimming pool facilities after drinking alcohol may be restricted.
  • Taking photographs/videos inside the locker using filming equipment such as mobile phones is not permitted, and filming for commercial purposes may be restricted.
  • If you have a tattoo on your body, please cover it to prevent its exposure while using the swimming pool (e.g., please wear a rash guard, etc.).
