  • Children over the age of 7 (first grader in primary school) are permitted access, while minors are permitted to enter if accompanied by a legal guardian or present the age certificate (a transcript of resident registration or health insurance card)
  • Visitors less than 140cm of height can only access the venue when wearing a life vest and accompanying a guardian for safety reasons.
  • Using tubes and other swimming equipment, bringing food, smoking, or applying oil are prohibited to ensure complete safety and comfort.
  • Outdoor facilities open at 11:00 a.m., and specific operating hours may vary by zone.
  • Please note that no entry is allowed after 7:30 PM and this may be subject to change, depending on the government's pandemic control measures.
  • Access to certain facilities may be restricted due to weather conditions, events, or constructions.
  • For the safety of customers and to maintain a pleasant environment, access to swimming pool facilities after drinking alcohol may be restricted.
  • Taking photographs/videos inside the locker using filming equipment such as mobile phones is not permitted, and filming for commercial purposes may be restricted.
  • If you have a tattoo on your body, please cover it to prevent its exposure while using the swimming pool (e.g., please wear a rash guard, etc.).
