  • Reservations can be cancelled without extra charge up to 2 days before the reserved date. Cancellation requested a day in advance incurs a 50% cancellation charge, and cancellation done on the day a 100% charge. (100% charge applies to no-show)
  • Please note that the Poolside Lounge cannot be reserved in advance. Reservation can only be made in person at the venue.
  • The policy and Cabana Fees above may be subject to change depending on the situation.
  • Extending cabana use is limited to once only, for one hour.
  • Cabana access is available for up to four people.

  • The number of room guests accessible to the facility may vary depending on the product.
  • The swimming pool may be accessed once per night.
  • Entering the swimming pool is available until 30 minutes before closing time.
  • Entering the locker room of the opposite gender is allowed for children younger than 37 months only.
  • The swimming pool may undergo construction to ensure convenience and safety.
  • The operation of the swimming pool may be put on hold for customer safety depending on the weather situation.
  • Smoking is prohibited in the entire swimming pool area.
  • It is not allowed to bring a stroller, kick scooter, or a bicycle to the swimming pool.
  • Please leave your valuables at the front desk.
  • It is not allowed to film in the water, at the locker room, or at the cabana with a phone or other filming devices.
  • Please note that filming for commercial purposes that has not been pre-approved may be prohibited.
  • Please cover any visible tattoos. (with rashguard, etc.)
  • We do not offer rental services for swimsuits, swimming goggles, or swimming caps.
  • It is not allowed to bring a swimming tube, water toys, or foods to the swimming pool, to smoke, or to use oil. This is for the safety and convenience of visitors.

Safety policy

  • Please fully cooperate with the safety guard and other staff members to ensure your safety.
  • Children aged under 14 require a guardian to enter the venue.
  • Please make sure to warm up before entering the pool.
  • Diving is prohibited in the pool.
  • Children who are shorter than 130cm can enter the pool only when wearing a life vest and accompanying a guardian for safety reasons.
  • It is not allowed to bring metal, plastic, or glass products or other items that are sharp or breakable to the facility.
  • Please do not wear accessories or glasses that may cause harm to others.
  • Entering the pool after drinking may be rejected for safety reasons.
  • Please exercise caution when using the Jacuzzi if you are a senior or have a medical condition such as high blood pressure or cardiovascular issues.
  • Puddle jumpers and swim trainers for infants are available for rental. (Neck tubes no longer available)
  • The disinfectant used in the swimming pool may cause allergic reactions. If you are allergic to such chemicals, please refrain from entering the pool.

Hygiene policy

  • Customers with an infectious disease that may cause a public hygiene issue are not allowed to enter the facility.
  • Please take a shower before entering the pool.
  • Infants younger than 37 months must wear a swimsuit and a waterproof diaper.
  • It is required to wear a swimsuit to enter the pool. (Cotton or denim not allowed)

Consent to collection and use of personal information (Required)

Paradise City is committed to protecting your personal information. In order to provide services, we require your consent in accordance with Articles 15 and 22 of the Personal Information Protection Act.


[Consent to Collection and Use of Personal Information]

1. Purpose of collection and use: user verification for membership service, customer notification and complaint handling

2. Information subject to collection

  - Required information: username, password, name, date of birth, mobile phone number, email address

  - Optional information: address, profession, wedding anniversary date, facilities of interest, areas of interest

3. The following rules apply to the personal information of inactive users and upon expiration of retention period counted from the last access, the personal information shall be stored/managed separately or destroyed:

  1) Valid for 1 year

  2) Applicable services: membership service (user verification, website login, view/credit/redemption/adjustment/conversion of reward points), card issuance, purchase of hotel products and services, updating information

  3) After expiration: to be managed or stored separately

    a. separate storage and management: As part of a measure equivalent to destruction, the personal information of inactive users shall be stored/managed separately from the database containing other users' personal information and unauthorized access is restricted.

    b. notification of pending expiration: members shall be notified of destruction or separate storage/management of personal information via email or text message at least 30 days prior to expiration, including the date and types of information.

    c. If inactive members use the service, it shall be considered a request to re-activate the account and their personal information shall be restored for normal storage/management.

4. Personal information shall be destroyed when the purpose of collection and use is achieved in accordance with Article 2 of the Privacy Policy or if requested by the member during the retention period or at the   point of destruction. However, personal information shall be retained under the applicable laws and regulations in the following events:

  - Period of retention/use: from the date of membership registration to the withdrawal of membership

  - Applicable laws: Commercial Act, Act on the Consumer Protection in the Electronic Commerce Transaction, etc.

  - Period of retention

    ㆍWithdrawal of subscription or contract: 5 years

    ㆍInformation about payment and product supply: 5 years

    ㆍHandling complaints or disputes with consumers: 3 years (Act on the Consumer Protection in the Electronic Commerce Transaction, etc.)

    ㆍCollection and use of credit information: 3 years (Credit Information Use and Protection Act)
In the event of outstanding payment or overpayment, the information shall be retained until the case is resolved.

5. You may refuse to consent to the collection and use of personal information. However, in this case, you may not be able to register as a member.
